If you were to disable UAC and log in using the Administrator account, then all commands you execute would be run with Administrator rights by default.
You cannont disable UAC, it just never prompts you. it similar but not quite the same thing. you still have to request admin privledges
The only was to totally avoid UAC is to use the real administrator account which does actually bypass UAC and always runs with admin rights. however you have to go out of way to use this account, its disabled by default.0
