I slipped and caught my shoe in a hook that was on the floor. Dont ask!..... but any way i savedf my dignity but had a small hole in my shoe as a consequence. As they were my m and s comfies i was a bit miffed and found the manager to complain he filled in an incident report and gave me the value of shoes. Twenty five quid! So great customer service i thought i expected a five pound voucher two months later or such
:j I sometimes give myself admirable advice, but am incapable of taking it.
