Do Distance Selling Regulations apply to "Collection in person" transactions?

As above really, about to list a collection only part and noticed that our returns policy section still says the customer has 10 days to change their mind, will it apply in this case or can we state no returns?

The DSRs apply to your business if you sell goods or services without
face-to-face contact with your consumer

There could be a difficulty determining whether, if you bought the item at a distance without seeing it first ("sales by description"), the fact that it is collected might not matter.

However, DSRs only apply to business sales at BIN prices. If possible I suggest you obtain proper legal advice.

First thing is DSR only applies to business sellers using buy it now ( already been mentioned) secondly is that if it is bought online and paid for online then DSR does apply and they have seven days whether they pick it up in person or not. If they buy online but don't pay for it until collection then DSR does not apply because they have time to inspect it before paying.
