Yesterday the battery went in my faithful OLD Accurist watch (not what this thread is about btw). OH bought me a new Accurist for Christmas last year, had it altered (it was too big, came back too small) and lost the links that the jeweller took out of the strap. So, after searching the house high and low and conceding that I'm only going to find the links when I'm not looking for them, I decided to email Accurist to see if they could help.
5 minutes after sending my first email a lovely lady got back to me asking for the details from the watch and said she'd see what she could do. I sent the details she'd asked for and I'd barely sent the email before she replied saying "I'll stick some in the post later today!"
Today, I received the links and not only did I get what I asked for, she provided them free of charge and with a couple of spares too.
I cannot thank that lady enough. Now I've just got to find a jeweller who won't charge £20 to put one link back in the watch (that's how much the jeweller charged OH to alter the watch at Xmas)
Thumbs up to Accurist Customer Services. Now I know why I love their watches so much!!

Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)
