Cancelling '3' Mobile phone contracts

Hi All,
Had to come and vent my spleen about the hard sell experienced from 3 yesterday whilst cancelling two contracts. Tied in to an 18 Month contract which was fair enough but temporarily moved abroad with work so not used phones for nearly a year. After a good 20 minute wait to speak to an operator, this Woman would have sold her Grandmother to get me to keep at least one contract. First it was a 'special low price' because I had not been using it, followed by free this and free that including 5000 three to three phone minutes (pointless with only 1 three phone) spending atleast another 30 minutes convincing me to keep at least something. Every suggestion from her was followed by me stating "I would like to cancel 2 contracts now please". Considering they operate phones, they are good at NOT listening when you are not interested. Finally got it in to her thick head though and contracts cancelled.:j
