Hello
I am trying to request a call back online via SPs web site. I can find the option for new customers but not for existing. I have been in email conversation with their online support and have been provided with two different sets of instructions, neither of which result in the option being shown. I have tried on both Firefox 5 (add-ons disabled) and IE 9 in case it was my browser configuration that was the problem.
Could someone with an account log in try to see if they can locate the existing customer call back option as I am getting rather frustrated here!
The two sets of instructions I have been given are:
Instruction 1:
(1) Visit our website: http://www.scottishpower.co.uk
(2) Click on existing customer
(3) Go to Help option
(4) Then go to call back option
Instruction 2:
If you want to arrange a callback, you can do this by visiting the website and selecting on Account balance & bill information. Then go to the Request a callback option.
Thanks for any assistance either confirming my findings or, alternatively, confirming my stupidity!

Couldn't find details so asked Katie a ? & typed callback in search. Links there to access pages.0

Asking "Katie" a question doesn't give any useful results, but using SP's web site search brings up a couple of pages. However when I supply my telephone number and submit I am simply taken to the main accounts page. I think they've removed the option.
And to make things even more frustrating, when I called them on the phone and opted to request a call back rather than hang on for an hour, as I was tapping in my phone number the system interrupted and told me I'd exceed the maximum number of attempts (whatever that means).
