Selling Copies of Original DVD

I recently came across this person selling copies of Bambi DVD. He states that these are copies, if you look in purchases he has sold 29 copies. I thought this was illegal and why didn't ebay step in.

Absolutely...ebay is policed by its users so unless the seller is reported ebay won't know what he is doing.
However, it might be more useful to let Disney know as from reports on the alt ebay groups they have some mighty powerful lawyers who really take exception to people pirating their software.

Good thinking soo i think they would take it far more seriously than e-bay would. i would e-mail disney with links to the sellers auctions and let them take it up.
i bet they will be taken off quick smart by ebay when disney legal eagles get in touch0 -

This seller HERE is advertising their website with loads of films each at £5 and obvioulsy pirates. So I reported them to FACT last night.
Someone else is selling a R1 of The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou as an original. Its not even released in the US on DVD until May. :mad:
I've taken to asking sellers if they are original DVDs and state that if do purchase and they are copies I will report them to FACT. Soon find out if they are genuine as they are the only ones that tend to respond.Never argue with an idiot. He will bring you down to his level and beat you with experience.
