My tv has suddenly decided it doesn't like being digital!
Review reception has been fine (tho our digital signal not officially on according to freeview site) then on Sunday I lost all freeview channels, I've had it for approx 16 months and its been fine till now.
The tv is not recognizing the signal booster as being plugged in - it is light on etc. I have tried resetting tv to factory settings and checked all connections etc.
When I try and tune in channels it doesn't even search for digital ones (it does find all 4 analogue) and if I go to mannual tune, I cannot select digital channels either. I can still get a analogue reception and its fine if playing dvds or Wii etc.
The nearest digital transmitter is reported to be working fine also.
Any ideas anyone, as it is driving me mad! The tv is a LG hd think the model number is 32LH5000 (if that's any help!) and has freeview built in, does this sound like a problem with tv itself, or the digital signal?

So can you even select freeview on the TV? sounds like the freeview tuner in it has gone. Maybe a plug in circuit board that can be replaced quite cheaply, may be integrated and a bin job. Search AVforums.com and find the LG forum and have a look in there for similar problems.0
