Woodingdean Brighton?

Options
Does anyone know the Woodingdean area of Brighton?

I have applied for a job there and wonder if anyone can tell me if it is a good area?

Couldn't help noticing how scary the rental prices are though.

The 'dean is a fairly self contained village, on outskirts of brighton- regular bus links into town, afaik.

traffic at rush hour may be a pig, as only 1 lane each way on main roads, to falmer / brighton / rottingdean..

look out for horses on the road!

may get more up to date views on a popular football forum- the town's main tean are moving nearby!
