Agreed, however, you have to hope for wage inflation too, just like us mortgage holders, makes everything cheaper, while mortgage (fixed) stays the same.
Price inflation = makes things more expensive

If the two go up in harmony, you get stability, if they come out of kilter then you have problems!Plan
