    1) Get most competitive Lifetime Mortgage (Done)
    2) Make healthy savings, spend wisely (Doing)
    3) Ensure healthy pension fund - (Doing)
    4) Ensure house is nice, suitable, safe, and located - (Done)
    5) Keep everyone happy, healthy and entertained (Done, Doing, Going to do)

    Agreed, however, you have to hope for wage inflation too, just like us mortgage holders, makes everything cheaper, while mortgage (fixed) stays the same.

    Price inflation = makes things more expensive
    Wage inflation = makes things more affordable

    If the two go up in harmony, you get stability, if they come out of kilter then you have problems!
