I signed up for the gym in januray of this year . I registered and filled in my bank details, but she took the first months payment of my maestro bank card as she said it would be quicker...I have now noticed i have not been charged any subsequent months since januray... I dont know what to do...I actually want to leave the gym anyway but I have not been charged so far....can they take the full amount from my acccout now for feb, mar. april, may and june ? if i just dont go back to the gym. I did sign up for a 2 year contract

Irrespective of whether you have made any payments or not you will still be liable for payments. It would likely be sent to debt collectors once they actually realise, which is just a matter of time.
A recent judgement deemed anything above 1 year to be an unfair term and would be difficult to enhorce if they took you to court. But even if you did fight the contract in court you would still be liable for the first 12 months.

Have you contacted them to let them know of the error? Best to be proactive in these cases.0
