Choices property investment - feedback?

this website finds very cheap property http://www.findaproperty.com/displayprop.aspx?edid=07&salerent=0&pid=9028528

*Choices Property Investments are not auctioneers, we are a subscriber based auction information and property investment advice service. They charge £250 as a 1-off payment. If they find me a house for £35 000 instead of £50 000 then it's worth it? isn't it? or has anyone got any bad information about them (none on internet).

They are just selling you information that is available elsewhere, most of the time for free - just register with all the auction houses and they'll send you catalogues and then you can get the results online after the auctions. You need to do all the research so that you understand the market. Companies like this are just after your money and will not get you a bargain. If they could why would they tell you for £250, they'd just do it themselves and make the money for themselves.

They are not selling that house for £35,000. Savills are auctioning it tomorrow on behalf of Nottingham City Council with a guide price of £35,000 to £37,500, plus you have to pay the Auctioneer fees and a 2% fee to the Council. If the house is worth £50k, it will sell for £50k.
