We found ours through an ordinary EA. We soon learned that most that are advertised as "vacant possession" were repos.

Check rightmove look for photos of the kitchen sink, bathroom, toilet and see if there is any yellow tape accross. Looks like a crime scene but is to stop people turning on the appliances as all the water and leccy are swirtched off.

Well the property we are loooking is still on the market and there is no notice that they have recieved an offer. Normally on repos the estate agent has to advertise that there has been an offer on the property and any interested partiess must submit an offer within 28 days.

So not sure what is going on but an still watching the property and may speak with the EA next week if no offer advertised.

Anyone have any ideas if the estate agent is playing games.
