Just spent over an hour getting through to helpdesk after oneline account had been suspended.
According to Ben at the HD, a lot of accounts ( including mine) had payments set up today to the same individual. My account was debitted 950 quid. Fraud dept say they will replace the funds.
The strange thing is , this is an ongoing issue and the website is still active. My wife attempted to logon , and got the same "checking your browser " message I got.
