the power on the fan connector? the only way to check for sure whether it's spinning or not is to take it to pieces and have a look inside.!!

try downloading one of the many free fan/temp monitoring progs, like i8kfangui or similar, they can tell you the speed of the fan (so if its not spinning when it should be ie when hot, it will show 0 rpm)[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.
