Broker Ridge contact details?

Hi,

I am about to start the process to reclaim mis-sold PPI, as I was told the loan would only be processed if we took out insurance.

The loan is with Paragon but were mis-sold the PPI by Broker Ridge.
However, it looks like Broker Ridge no longer trade, website no longer exists and no phone lines.

Do I still send the PPI appeal letter to the only address I have for them (which is listed below), as I am not sure if the post gets collected?
Or does anyone know who to contact to claim the PPI?

What year did you take this loan out?.

Loan was taken out in September 2007.
Having a look at the paperwork the PPI is also with Paragon, who the loan is with. Should I claim against them?
Although it was Broker ridge who told us we required the PPI
