Hello. This might sound stupid..
If i have rented a flat can i have other people staying at my flat for a short period of time (having friends stay overnight or having your girlfriend stay for a few days etc...)...... without notifying the landlord?
Or do i need to tell them everytime i have people over at mines? (if you understand me..)

No problem at all having people stay over for short periods of time (say less than a month), as long as you are aware you are fully responsible for them and any damage they cause. Landlord would not be interested.
If someone moved in permanently or long term, then yes.0 -
