Agent showing people around property without permission

Well yes but suggesting an ex-tenant who has nothing to gain should altruistically take on an agent-education/training role is a bit far-fetched!
In an ongoing tenancy, sure, but here.....?
Hardly "taking on a role" to fire off one e-mail or make one phone call though is it, especially since it sounds as if they are still dealing with the agency over the deposit? I wasn't suggesting a repeated campaign of flip charts and diagrams sent through the post every week for the next six months, just a polite one off reminder.
.
If having concern for fellow tenants that I have never met is far-fetched, so be it, I'm far fetched, but politely pointing out their error is better than doing nothing and then wondering why your next landlord does it, and the next one, and the next one...
Four or five of mine have done this, not the present one thankfully. It's not very nice to find someone's been in your home without your permission even if they used keys to get in and didn't nick anything.0
