Ticketmaster Wont Refund

In Dec last year I purchased two tickets from ticketmaster. In Jan of this year I purchased a third ticket on my new debit card as the other one had expired.
On June 6th the concert was cancelled and an automatic refund was issued...supossedly .
I received the refund for the third ticket but not the first two. After numerous calls to ticketmaster they inform me that they only refund to the card i used to purchase( which has now expired)
I have made several calls to the bank and went into the bank several times,they are telling me the money wasnt sent and/or never arrived. They cant reverse the transaction as its an old maestro card and they only deal with the new visa debit.
Ticketmaster are not in the least bit helpful and dont wanna know. Their bottom line is,its been sent take it up with the bank. On one occasion one of their operators even hung up the phone.
I have both companies telling me they dont have the money and now I dont know what to do,I dont know who is at fault, and I am extremely annoyed over the whole thing.
Has anyone any suggestions?

It doesn't matter they can still refund, And the bank will manually process the refund onto your account.
Just call the bank to confirm with them and tell them your situation.0 -
When I went to the bank and phoned their phone services they informed me if the first transaction was made on my new Visa Debit Card it could be reversed, but since they dont deal with Maestro any more theres nothing they can do.
Basically "computer says noooo"0 -
they changed who they use, you didn't - therefore its not your issue that they changed provider, they need to fix the issue for you at the bank.0
