Carphone Warehouse - repairs - vent

I purchase a samsung apollo approx 6 weeks ago, last week it broke and I took it into the store. They advise to take it to another store with an EXPRESS repair centre. I done this, waited about for 3 hours to be told it couldnt be fixed they needed a part for it. It would take one week.

Tried to call yesterday to see if it was ready but the papers they gave me didnt have the store number on it! Found a number by google and spend approx 4 mins going through the different options before I got to speak to someone. They told me the repair would take up to 14 days.
All this in a phone that was 7 days outside their warrenty.

So now I have to wait another week and then phone an 0870 number to find out when my phone is ready.

Awful customer service and I really wish I had bought it somewhere else now.
