if i was the landlord and i found out that this is the way my LA was doing business i would dispense of 'its' services asap -probably go direct to the tennant as there seems so connection-thus saving me money.

As a landlord i pay no attention to previous landlords 'references' because a lot of these are given as a sweetner to get rid of bad tennants--employers are better references:
