Hi I've been trying to get a copy of all my credit card charges. I bank with Lloyds TSB & have done so for 4 years. They have told me this will cost me £6 per statement. I then told them that they're obliged to give me a list of all my charges under the data protection act for £10. They this wouldn't include all my bank charges, but only notes. I need a complete list of charges, don't know what to so. Can anyone help?

You need to do a subject access request in writing and include the £10 fee - if you tried to do this in person or by phone they wouldn't need to comply (not sure how you have been communicating with the so far)A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
