Over £25 gets me the £5 off, but then if I remove an item to make it over £20, it makes me log in again and then says I haven't spent enough!

I found a similar problem however it could be related to what you are purchasing.

I ordered £21 of xmas confectionary and it would not give the £5 off, however , if I reduced that to £17 and added a small 'shaving' related item for £3.99 making £20.99 it accepted the code !!!
