Travel insurance with Crohn's disease?

My daughter's just been diagnosed with Crohn's and wants to take her first holiday as a family since their baby was born in February, to visit her sister in Italy.
However it's looking very expensive to have travel insurance in view of the Crohn's.
Please could anyone advise me of a reasonably priced travel insurance that will provide cover for Crohn's? She's 32.
Thanks

I would suggest John Lewis insurance.
Pro's: covered me for some health conditions I have, but not Crohn's. They told me they would also cover for problems with Ash clouds (needs checking). Also I am expecting John Lewis style customer service, but fortunately not had to call on that.
Con's: may be expensive, but worth letting them give you a quote.
