Cost of return

Posted in another thread about how I have an item not as described which I am reluctant to return due to the cost.
The weight is
21.197Kg
Item lenght75cmItem width80cmItem height161cm
Assembled its measurements are:
Length 75cm
Width 80cm
Height 161
It does flat pack so the height would be half.
I don't want to identify myself or the item until this is resolved so excuse the cloak and dagger!
Can anyone help with a tracked delviery service? Seller charged me £20, but with these measurements parceltogo quotes £60:eek:

I'm really annoyed with myself for being caught out by an item described as perfect with only a stock photo, i asked for more pics but the seller said it was already packed up to go. and then I received the item, or rather smelled it first...so much so that the delivery guy commented. The sellers response was that she knows him and he would never say that, even though I pointed out the guy who collected it and deliverd it are not the same!!

Parcel force is cheaper than that but still more expensive than the seller charged you, do you know how she sent it?0 -

thanks all, much appreciated, the £29 option looks good, i think the seller must have taken the loss on postage.0
