My Xmas Ocado delivery arrived last night, due to arrive between 9pm and 10pm and actually arriving at 9.30pm so can't complain at that:D
The driver told me that everything was available except the luxury mincepies because they had run out in the warehouse. But they had gone to the local Waitrose during the delivery to get some and therefore some were being delivered and I was getting them free. He said that Ocado didn't want anyone's Xmas spoiled by not being able to deliver specifically Xmas things.
I thought it was a terrific touch - I had ordered the goods and expected to pay for them. They didn't have to tell me that they had got them from elsewhere, nor give them to me free. :T
