I order a ipod 80gb with speakers on the 13th dec to get delivery before christmas.for a gift. When i ordered it it was in stock and took payment of it the same day that i ordered it . They then processed it and yesterday i received the receipt but no product . i cantacted them to be told that they have cancelled the order as they have no stock. how can they do his when they have took the money etc. to make matters worse i broke my arm on wed and now unable to drive anywhere to try and find one so annoyed the guy on the phone said all he can do is appoligise but i don't feel its good enough. Any advise or shall i just leave it

:mad: I sympathise-but curry's are hopeless.
I tried to buy 2 phones in one of their stores last week only to have the bad luck of getting a weekend trainee with a runny nose serving me.:eek: After 40 mins of him searching the packed store to find them, only locating one phone, not being able to put it through the till, getting a stroppy female supervisor to ring it through who spent her time ripping into him as he was not paying attention I was told that the phone they had activated and put through was not the one I had asked for and was one twice as expensive.Losing the will to live I muttered something like 'Clucking Bell' and walked out.
Curry's are useless so I don't hold out much luck getting any sense out of them.:mad:
I believe you could fill this site with complaints about this one firm!
