Egg credit card customer service praise

I was looking through my Egg credit card statement online last Monday and I noticed a transaction that I hadn't made (It was only for £4.01 and was a paypal purchase). It seems that someone had managed to get hold of my card details and had linked this to their paypal account.
I contacted Egg on Monday afternoon at about 5pm, and this was all sorted out in about 20 minutes. My card was cancelled and a new one issued which came in the post at 9am this morning.
I'm generally paranoid about computer and internet security seeing as I work in a few "dodgy" places, so I'm convinced that the only way my details could have been obtained by a scammer was either being given them directly by a retailer where I used the card, or by someone getting them from a store/retailer computer where they were stored.
Anyway, 1 1/2 days from noticing the problem to getting it sorted and a new card in my possession can't be bad.
