Hello. I've been continually on the case on this at the Chocolate Giveaway Operations Bunker. It looks like we will be able to get the coupon mechanism back up again before 5pm today. However we have a further back up plan in case it falls over like a poorly parrot. If it fails again (despite the positive reassurances we are getting about this and the much bigger servers) we will swiftly move to our fail safe option and notify you about this on our wall. Again many apologies for this not going to plan. It's been amazingly popular. Once we get the mechanism right and if our Facebook followers remain positive we may look into more giveaways. David, I can't believe that no-one there realised that giving away free chocolate would be very, very VERY popular.

I've just printed my voucherI no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0
