Hidden text in cell (in tables)

Hi all...need a quick solution please, if anyone can help!

I am typing text into a cell in a table, using MS Word.

For some reason, once my text fills the viewable cell area, any newly typed text cannot be seen, as it seems to 'disappear' behind the area for the cell immediately below.

i have been sent this table template, so maybe it's been set up this way. I have tried to drag the cell border lower, but it won't move!! HELPPP

Anyone know how to fix??

Try this ...
Right click on the table.
Select 'Properties'.
Click on the 'Cell' tab.
Click the 'Options' button.
Ensure that 'Wrap Text' is checked.
Click all 'OKs' to exit and try again.

If that doesn't work repeat and check 'Fit Text' as well.
