Worthwhile complaining to Eon about 93p?

My electricity meter was changed on 13th June and it had a reading of 9 kWh when it was installed.

I have just had my latest bill and it has been calculated from a meter reading of 0, not 9.

Should I complain to Eon about being overcharged by 93p?

I do have photographic evidence as to the reading when it was installed.

Depends whether you feel the time and effort to do this is worth 93p. I personally wouldn't.

    Hi Ron2,

I would contact E.ON to let us know the meter reading is wrong, I know it doesn't make much difference but it is always best to have the right info

You can always give your details to me :D and I will have a look for you.

    Thanks

    Helena :)

Hi Helena, I contacted Eon through my online account.

I have decided to stay with Eon and sign up for Saveonline7, should I change now or wait until Friday?

    Hi Ron2,

You can change your tariff now via your online account or wait until Friday, it's up to you. It's also best to give your readings when you change tariff again you can do this online.

If you need me, email me at WebForumAdvisors@eonenergy.com with your details.
