Nothing received from Gomemory.co.uk - help please

Any ideas what I can do please, I ordered some camera stuff from Gomemory.co.uk on 11th June it came to just under £25. Received despatch email on 15th stating items had been despatched on the 12th June. Haven't received the goods so far. Have two 'tickets' to their customer service dept with no response. No contact telephone number seems to exist and all I know is that they seem to be registered in Guernsey.
Paid for by credit card but too small amount for the Section 75 I think. Am wondering whether this is a genuine company or not, their website is still up and running but am at a loss as what I can do if anything. Thanks

You are correct about S75 - but they may still do a Chargeback for you.
