I'm using Internet Explorer 6, and every other website i go on is fine except M&S. Its really weird! I guess i'm not meant to get any bargains!

just placed two orders and all looked well, received my order placed message but have not received any acknowledgment throgh email. usually get one straight, am worried now that orders have not gone through???

I have also ordered some items but have not recieved a confirmation email yet.

Think it is best we keep hold of our confirmation no.

tried looking but it asks for order number and dont have it?

you can click on list all orders and it lists them all

An earlier order shows its status as 'placed' whereas a later one states 'confirmed' so not sure what's going on but am hoping they confirm soon as I ordered a Per Una coat which is now unavailable but was available when I ordered!

Worst excuse for a sale ever. I have tried adding about 30 items to my basket and every single item is unavailable. Must have had about 3 of every item available for sale. Not sure why I bother, the M&S sale is always a huge let down, to me anyway :mad:
