I think if you've got an M&S with an electrical department you may if you are very quick on the 27th be able to find it in store.

is anyone having problems with items saying unavailable once they have been in your basket for a while. i have had two items first saying i have got them and five minutes later saying it is unavailable.

It sounds like the site doesn't actually take the item out of stock until you've gone through checkout. So while it was in your basket others must have gone through the checkout and bought the remaining stocks which then updated the sytem and your basket to unavailable.

Shows on the website that my local has a technology department, so will get down there Wednesday and see if i can get lucky

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know the returns policy? If I order something and than don't like it, will they refund me the price I paid or the price that they may have reduced the same item to in a week or so?

I know it says for normal items you can take it back or post back within 90 days but would this apply to sale items?
