M&S sale items - further reductions

just called customer service - 0845 6090200 (a right miserable cow answered) and was told it was out of stock and so i said "what happens now do i just leave the order pending and it will be sent once stock arrives?" and she grunted yes......

not sure i believe her but there you go.

Very pleased with M & S - ordered on the 25th (not time enough to get the DS though) and despite saying delivery would be by the 11th January - it arrived on the doorstep today! Great service.

On a brighter note, my order from xmas day arrived today! hoorah! Must say, I have done better in the store this year than online. Looking forward to the further reductions online though whenever that may be!

I got my first M&S order delivered today, so very impressed.

Sadly, I dithered about for so long as to whether to order the medium and large blue Traveller luggage cases (to match the one I already have), that by the time I decided, they'd sold out!

I tried phoning a couple of stores only to be told "Staff don't accept phone calls during sale times". :rolleyes:

I ordered at around 9am on 25/12 and got all but one item. Confirmation received 10.54 am on 25/12 and delivery dispatch email stating delivery by 11/01 on 26/12. Apology for single item out of stock yesterday and delivered this morning.
Very pleased - I always buy a new work suit (or two) in the sales and I managed it again this year.

I am sorry to tell you that we have had to cancel the order as the nintendo's are now currently out of stock. You have not been charged for these item. I understand that this information will be disappointing and I'm sorry for any inconvenience that it will cause you.

We update availability regularly, so you may wish to check the website again in the next 2-3 weeks however, if these items were part of a sale we will not receive any more stock. I managed to get one of these and they are excellent at £38 for the larger one. There were a couple of the small ones at Lakeside but not medium as another lady picked up three of those. I would pop into your nearest M&S shop next time you are there as the SA bought out another one whilst I was there. You never know - someone may return one.
