Can i ask when you orderered/got the email/got the call?

I ordered at 6:30am, got a call at work at about 9:40am. Email came not long after, but I can't check the time because it's been downloaded onto my home PC and I'm at work.

Title says it all really these are made by trust and are half price. Guess its only larger stores, keyboard is very nice not so sure about the mouse, comes with batteries too. They also had corded optical mice for £3.

Got mine at Bromley Kent so I guess its only larger stores.

Thanks, ordered not long after you but mines still saying "placed" under order status and havent had email either.

Same here still shows 'placed', no email, and no monies taken from my debit card.
I did phone them earlier, and they initally said delay in processing was just due to the volumes of orders they are recieving and that everything would be ok. But when i asked to check further, was told it's out of stock!
They have agreed to keep my order open - pending more stock, or returns.

Has anyone seen an interactive globe from M&S in the sale? I saw one in my local branch in Worthing but a lady grabbed it just before me. It was £80 reduced to £35. Did a search online but nothing came up.

But when i asked to check further, was told it's out of stock!

Given the way this keeps coming and going on their website I thought this would have had realtime stock control, but obviously it doesn't.
So who at M&S keeps updating the site to make it available, and how do they decide when to remove something again???

did you have to ask them to keep your order open, i presume they would contact you before cancelling your order, given that they ask for a contact number when you make the order.....

When they said it was out of stock, she said she would have to cancel it - I requested for it to remain open, after debating how can it be out of stock when my order confirmation states available!

Nope - no email recieved - order shows as 'placed' on the site - and no monies taken from my debit card.
