Help? With Printing A Millionarie Cover

hi all i just got a dvd through the post from amazon a who wants to be a millionaire 2nd edition and it has no cover can anyone help me to sort that ? i have a printer and would just like a cover of some sort that looks a bit like it should... as it was going to be a present.
If i upset you don't stress, never forget that god aint finished with me yet.
