Records of estate agents sales??

Options
Is it possible to see how many properties certain estate agents have sold over a set period?
I think we might have gone with some complete lazy idiots but would like to check some figures to see if I am correct in my thinking.

Look at sales in zoopla,, nethouseprice etc., and cross-ref them to the EA's original listings, which I'm sure you'll have noted as they each came to market.......

Go onto Rghtmove, click on "Find Agents" tab, click on the agent you want to find out about and then click on "all properties for sale"

Make a note of how many they have listed at present and then on the search box un-tick "Incude Sold STC". Compare the two numbers and the difference is the number of properties they have SSTC currently. Do this with all the agents and compare......it's very interesting!
My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. With 20 years experience of Sales/Lettings and having bought and sold many of my own properties I've usually got something to say ;)
    Ignore......check!
