Today i recieved my statements from egg,from 2002 till 2006, halfway through 2004 "credit card repayment protector charges" appeared on my statements suddenly, right through to 2006, an amount totalling 700.00pounds, Are these the charges i can claim for under PPI or is it just miscellanous charges and why do they only appear halfway through the life of the credit card and not right from the beginning?

Why not ask Egg? I have had cards from Egg since about 2000 and have never seen such charges, so they did not do this to everyone.0
