  • I am not allowed to buy myself anything in the lead up to Christmas, as my boyfriend tells me off as I often buy things he was going to buy me....lol. I did buy some slippers last week as I needed them for hospital and he wasn't pleased at all!!

I am saving for a new laptop so I might put a little extra in my fund instead and with my birthday coming up I will be able to put that towards it too.

No but I have bought my Mum's presents to me. She's now wrapped Lord of the Rings Trivial Pursuit and I have a Jigroll sat beside me which I am debating whether to wrap or not, both chosen and bought by me but paid for by Mum :D

My OH says the same thing every year. I dont know what to buy you. If you dont buy something for yourself, youll end up with nothing. Usually he manages to get to Christmas day without going into one shop. Sorry this is turning into a rant about him. I have been out and bought myself two pairs of trousers, two tops and a nice jumper and some underwear so not doing too badly;)

I've got one of these from the Grabbit board.

Originally bought it for my daughter but got her a different one instead, so it's mine now.
