concert cancelled - no refund on booking fee?

I've just been informed that a concert I had four tickets to see (tonight!) has been postponed. Now two of the tickets holders can't attend the new date.
HMVtickets say that they will refund the price of the two tickets but not their booking fees as I'm not cancelling the whole booking - this amounts to £15.50! The booking fees are per ticket, not per booking, so it doesn't seem fair.
Is that allowed? Do I have any hope on battling them on this one?

From their Terms & Conditions:-


Where (i) an Event is rescheduled by the Ticket Provider, Venue or Promoter; (ii) an Event is rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control; or (iii) there is a material change to the programme of the Event and you do not wish to attend the rescheduled/changed Event you will be entitled to claim a refund from us of the face value of the Ticket in accordance with this section.

Just because something is in the T&Cs, that doesn't necessarily make it so.

However, in this case the booking fee is for a service that HMV provide, and they did provide that service.

When I saw the first line of your reply I thought flyboy152 was replying! I wouldn't have posted the T&C's if I thought they weren't applicable.

I don't know any ticket agencies that refund P&P and/or booking charges in these circumstances.
