Mastercard prepaid card with quick internet reload

I'm looking to avoid paying Ryanair cards by getting a Mastercard pre-paid card. I won't be using it very often so I need one without an recurring fee and with flexible top-up amounts.

The most important criteria is the ability to quick reload, i.e. being able to load the card with a debit payment and having the money instantly inavailble on my account as I can with my O2 Money Visa.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received. Thanks.

I've used some comparison sites to see which ones have the lowest fees (several with no on-going charges at all), however they don't indicate whether or not they can be re-loaded instantly which is what I'm after.

If you want instant load, use the FairFx Anywhere with a debit card. Denominated in Pounds, but a minimum load of £50.
