Why didn't you try it first before you washed it and let the baby sleep in it. As no two brands are ever exactly the same, it could be said that by letting the baby sleep and dribble on it, you have accepted it.

The baby seems to like it. :)

No useful advice, but incidentally, I have a Sainsburys Tu sleeping bag (with an elephant on the front), that says it's 6 to 12 months, but is the same size as my 0 to 6 month one in another brand.

I only paid 99p for mine on ebay, but was surprised how short it was. Perhaps they shrunk it too?!?!

I also have a mothercare 6 to 18 months one, so unless babies suddenly have a HUGE growth spurt once they turn 12 months, then I think Sainsburys ones are too short!

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

Given that it's for a baby, washing it before use is pretty sensible. So is removing any labels.
