Hello all
I purchased some vouchers for haircuts at a spa for my mum and sister, and a few days before their appointment I get an e-mail from lastminute.com informing me they're no longer valid because the company have gone out of business.
They offered me vouchers for the amount I paid, however I've never used the site before and am very unlikely to use it again and would like my money back, after several e-mails and some phone calls I've got nowhere apart from the vouchers.
Can anyone advise what my rights are here? I was planning on speaking to my bank as I paid with a Visa card so they might be able to do something from that side.
