New Look - SALE

I love the Dresses in New Look, they are usually by other companies like Apricot etc.. However I bought 2 ATX Paris Dresses there and with one of them, the zip came apart after the first wash but I have already thrown the tags away because I intended to keep it (but I have my receipt). Will I still be able to get a refund?

It does refund if you return via the post. Using the collect+ service is 100% free and you can track it.

New Look should be willing to refund you since you still have your receipt but it will also depend on how long you have had the dress. If it's within 1 month of purchase then you should have no problem getting your money back.

Has anyones orders actually been dispatched yet? My two orders from yesterday afternoon and last night are still showing as processing. They usually dispatched quite quick, often the same day so I hope they are just behind and haven't ran out of stock.

Sale items can only be exchanged in store but if you purchase online and return via the collect+ I imagine you would be refunded although it does not state this on the website. I have sent an email to CS to confirm this.

Lots of accessories that are under £5 including handbags, necklaces and also underwear. This is in the women's section not looked in the mens/kids sections yet.

I've just got an email to say one of my orders that I placed 24 hours ago has been dispatched. I think they are just behind with everyone going mad in the sale

Correct - If you order online you can get a refund or exchange on sale items where as instore you cannot get refund. I've sent a few things back since they bought in this policy and got my money back when buying on line

Haven't bothered buying sale items instore since they bought the new policy in at Christmas as I cant get refund if it doesnt fit which is particularly annoying when your kids aren't with you at the time to try the items on!
