Elonex TV (Possible Broke)

So I was watching Club reps aftersun next thing my TV goes all black, But still with sound I gave elonex a phone call and they gave me tech support number, I called but they said the TV is discontinued and no parts are made for the TV.
The agent said it sounds like the video board has gone.
So I bough the TV in 08/06/2009, But is there any laws or rights i could quote to ebuyer regarding this.

You will need to get a independent report done, and if its an inherent fault you could get a pro rata refund from Ebuyer0
