Advice needed - seller now won't sell me an item!

Hi, I'm abit of an Ebay newbie and I don't know where I stand on this so any advice would be great.
Last month I purchased some concert tickets for my Father in law for Father's Day, I didn't hear anything from the seller but the concert was a while away so I didn't think anything of it.
Yesterday I just decided to email the seller to ask if they had been posted yet and I've now got an email back to say they are now not selling them anymore as they can attend the concert and they've refunded me my money.
Now I got these tickets for half the RRP and now I'm facing having to buy some at the full RRP as I can't not give him any which I can't really afford. I've also lost out on bidding on other pairs which have been on Ebay since and quite frankly I'm really annoyed.
I have got anywhere to go on this one or is it that I've got a refund and that's it?
Thanks for any help

You cannot realistically force a seller to sell. You can leave your comments in their feedback and DSR stars. But do not breach policy.0

As TOWIU make sure you leave appropriate FB and stars. if they make a habit of this they wont be around for long.'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'
