Oh my godddd! We're not quite there yet but I can see the wood for the trees finally. Just waiting for the nod from the vendors' solicitor and we can exchange today and complete next week.

It certainly has been a trial and a half so far but I wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to everybody who has put up with my moanings, ramblings and shot nerves over the last couple of months and taught me more knowledge than I ever learnt at school.

Thank you MSE.com :D

its so nerve-wracking isn't it, we moved into our new home just over a month ago and the week before we moved was an absolute nightmare we were supposed to exchange contracts on the monday ready to move on the friday but monday came and went as did tuesday and wednesday, thursday came and the solictors phone call was such a relief to say contracts were exchanged and completion would go ahead the next day, she then added that comp[letion day would be really stressful as if we weren't stressed enuf by then!! but completion day came and by lunchtime we were in our new home. hope you get the news you want today and good luck for the future.
and i know exactly what you mean about unloading your moving home whoas on here i did exactly the same but thankfully everyone offered be brilliant advice and managed to keep me sane at the same time too:)
