Do I have any rights if my £150+ glasses which were purchased from Specsavers broke in less that 8 months, they replaced them last August with a brand new frame, and that lasted until the start of June, the guy in Specsavers they had had a lot of problems with their ULTRALIGHT range and no longer sold them, hence now I am without any glasses. I was told that they would give me a 30% discount out of goodwill, but this seems a waste as my eyes are due to be tested in January 2012, I do not want to spend money on glasses for a few months. Any advice what to do next?0
